We got the call at 4:12 PM on a Tuesday. The kitchen exhaust hood had fired its suppression system, the breakers wouldn't reset, and the line cooks were standing around a dead range with reservations on the books at 6 PM.
Our on-call tech arrived at 4:38 PM. Damaged conduit was replaced, two affected breakers swapped, and the hood interlock relay rewired. Power back on at 5:51 PM. Doors opened on time.
