Master-licensed electricians and apprentices on every job.
Marcus founded Durham Electric in 2008 after twelve years in commercial construction. He holds an unlimited NC electrical license and personally walks every estimate over $5K. Lives in the Old North Durham neighborhood with his wife and two kids.
Jasmine joined the team in 2019 and runs most of our EV charger installs. She's the certified Tesla Wall Connector installer on staff and the go-to for any job that involves a tricky panel layout or a creative wire path.
Derek is in year three of his apprenticeship under Marcus. He handles most of our recessed lighting and landscape lighting jobs and is on track for his journeyman license in 2027.
