Trinity Park Whole-House Rewire
A 1928 craftsman in Trinity Park with original knob-and-tube was failing its insurance renewal. Full rewire over 8 days, no demo of original plaster walls.

When State Farm flagged the knob-and-tube during the homeowner's renewal inspection, they had 30 days to provide a certificate of rewiring or lose coverage. We scoped, quoted, and started within a week.
Routing through the existing wall cavities and using the original gas line chases for vertical runs, we rewired all three bedrooms, the kitchen, the basement, and the new HVAC circuits without cutting into a single plaster wall. The owners stayed in the home throughout — power off in one room at a time, never overnight.
